What a night in Monaco! Absolutely honoured to win such an incredibly prestigious award. It would not have been possible without every single one of my teammates and all of the staff and fans at Liverpool. Thank you all! A huge thank you too to the most important people in my life, my family, and to everyone who’s helped and continues to help me along the way. Feeling very proud!! 😁 It’s an honour too to have won the Defender of the Year award and huge congratulations to my team mate @alissonbecker as well as @frenkiedejong and @leomessi on your awards as well! And a big congratulations to Lucy Bronze on being named Women’s player of the year 👏🏾 Looking forward now to a big game at Burnley tomorrow night #YNWA
