Valencia have completed their contract with Dutch goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen to join the bats officially starting next season.
According to the Spanish newspaper “Marca”, Valencia ended the deal in his favor officially, after the Dutch goalkeeper made a medical examination Tuesday morning.

At the same time, Valencia did not announce the formal completion of the deal, but he published a teaser video, via his Twitter account, referring to someone going to the club’s headquarters and receiving a shoe bearing the slogan “Valencia”, referring to Cillessen.
Cillessen joined Barcelona from Ajax in 2016 but did not have a chance to play, with German goalkeeper Mark André Terchteggen making the move this summer.
It is reported that goalkeeper Nieto Valencia, will be the successor to Cillessen in Barcelona, after agreeing to be the second goalkeeper in the Catalan team.
Cillessen is Valencia’s first deal this summer, amid reports that he wants to sign Barca midfielder Rafinha.
