El Clasico between Barcelona and Real Madrid could be postponed until December 18th

The competition committee of the Spanish Football Federation has decided to postpone the Clasico confrontation between the poles Real Madrid and Barcelona, ​​in light of the current protests in the territory of Catalonia.

According to the Sport newspaper, the committee has decided to postpone the match, which was scheduled to be held on 26 October, at the Camp Nou stadium, to December 18 next.

The League of Liga has asked Barcelona and Real Madrid on Wednesday to transfer the next El Clasico from the Camp Nou to the Santiago Bernabéu, but Real Madrid and Barcelona have refused.

Spanish security refused to hold the match on October 26 because of a mass demonstration on the same day in the streets of Barcelona.
