A Spanish press report revealed on Tuesday a new development in the Barcelona negotiations to sign Brazilian Neymar da Silva Paris Saint-Germain star.

According to the newspaper “Mundo Deportivo” Spanish, a delegation from Barcelona will leave today to Paris, to present the Catalan team’s latest offer to sign Neymar in the current Mercato.
The Barcelona delegation consists of Eric Abidal, Technical Secretary, Javier Bordas, Board Member and Oscar Grau, Executive Director.
Barca had already made an offer last week, including the signing of Neymar for a season on loan, with an optional purchase clause in the summer of 2020 for 140 million euros, in addition to another clause mandatory purchase in the summer of 2021 for 170 million.
The newspaper pointed out that the new offer to Barcelona will be the last for sign Neymar, with the inclusion of the card of Frenchman Ousmane Dembélé, who lost his immunity in the “Camp Nou” and became available in Mercato, because of the many injuries and lack of discipline.
