All eyes will be on Stade Geoffroy-Guichard when St. Etienne and PSG face each other in the Ligue 1 round 18.

Les Verts made a slow start to the season, but their performances from December are surely giving fans a reason for optimism.

St. Etienne are undefeated in the previous six league fixtures, but they face an uphill task in the midweek clash against PSG.

The reigning champions aim to kick off 2021 in style, and we are positive that they will go all guns blazing at les Verts.

New boss Mauricio Pochettino is surely capable of helping the team improve their game, and given Kylian Mbappe’s form, away win should be considered.

Even though Neymar is unlikely to recover in time to face St. Etienne, we believe that there is a big value in betting on the title holders, who are eager to regain top position in the standings.

Harold Moukoudi returns from a ban of his own for this one and should demote 18-year-old Saidou Sow to the bench.

Meanwhile, Pochettino could be without as many as 10 players for his first match in charge, with Neymar not expected to come back from his ankle injury just yet.

Defensive trio Layvin Kurzawa, Alessandro Florenzi and Presnel Kimpembe also remain in the treatment room, while Rafinha has reportedly contracted coronavirus.

Juan Bernat is out for the long-term, and there are still question marks over the fitness of Danilo Pereira, Mauro Icardi, Abdou Diallo and Pablo Sarabia, but the latter two have outside chances of returning for this one.
