RB Leipzig vs Werder Bremen
Germany – Bundesliga
Date: Saturday, 12 December 2020
Kick-off at 14:30 UK/ 15:30 CET
Venue: Red Bull Arena.

RB Leipzig are the only Bundesliga team with a 100 percent record at home this season and they will be expected to maintain that against a Werder Bremen side who are winless in seven and who have lost on each of their previous four visits to the Red Bull Arena.

Leipzig have netted 14 goals in their five home league matches and were impressive in their 3-2 win at home to Manchester United in the Champions League in midweek.

Bremen can pose a threat too, though – in fact, they have not failed to score in a Bundesliga away fixture since February. Expect a few goals in this clash, but most of them for the hosts.

Bremen, meanwhile, are likely to remain without key forwards Niclas Fullkrug and Milot Rashica, who have calf and hamstring injuries respectively.

Joshua Sargent surprisingly shook off a knock to start in the defeat to Stuttgart last weekend. The American striker could be partnered by Selke in attack after the target man's positive impact from the bench last weekend.
