Sanchez scored his second goal of the season with a 3-1 win over Arsenal in the FA Cup.
"He is trying to sit down and talk to him, but he is a proud, loving person who wants to prove himself. He has been fantastic since my arrival and his work in the training is great," he told reporters.
"Unfortunately he has suffered injuries, but in my opinion, Friday's game is a big step forward, but for me, there is no difference in treatment because the team is full of stars."
"I do not look at the price or the price of the player, what I care about what will be given to the team and his desire to be part of it, we look forward to the next game and we fear vanity because this is our first enemy."
Manchester United host Burnley on Tuesday night in the Premier League and seek a ninth consecutive victory with Solchar.
