Pelerin was playing his first game in the first leg after returning from a calf injury, was injured in the knee during the second half of the game in front of Chelsea and left the field on a stretcher.

The 23-year-old has been hit by a new blow to coach Unai Emery, who has already lost defender Rob Holding to the end of the season because of a similar knee problem last month.
The Spanish coach said he had other options to fill the center of Pelerin and would probably not enter the transfer market to sign a replacement.
